金边比较高档次的地方了，也是金边比较高得一幢楼，也很有名气哦，晚上在这里吃饭感觉很有feel，做的是法国菜，要了一瓶法国红酒。

这里绝对是看夜景的好地方，价格也不贵，没有最低消费，买一杯酒就可以坐着看风景了，晚上的金边绝的还是挺漂亮的，也就是市中心这里。
